FXR calibration for overdrive

Coming from non-proportional dual FXR's in a XR10 rig, now have a 4PL and have set it up as per Harley's video - all good except I don't think I have rear the esc going up to 120%, only 100%. All settings on the 4PL are correct, ie it shows 120% on the screen but I can't detect a difference in wheel speed between 100% vs 120%. I've set my increments to 20%, so I go from 0-20-40-80-100%.

Should the FXR be re-calibrated with the rear esc setting at 120% instead?

Why do an overdrive?
If you want proportional, you are usually dropping the output from one ESC.

BTW, I find a 5% step to be good, more than that is sorta worthless. The 5% is enough to deal with clod stall in my XR-10.
