Default Holmes BRXL

I got my BRXL set up, I have it set for the Holmes brake at 90% and the holding brake at 100% when going forwards let off the throttle it stops pretty quick almost to quick but I can adjust that, problem is in reverse let off the throttle and the rig just coast no brake at all, next if I'm climbing something forwards let off the throttle is rolls right back down, no brake at all, if I back up and do the same I have some brake but very little, any help would be great.

Info on rig Wraith about 10lbs with batt, running a 21t double Venom motor, Holmes BRXL, 2s 5000mah batt. I have a CC-BEC not that matters on this. TX/RX are a Spektrum DX3E

Yea, that motor may not have enough to hold back a 10lb rig.

The motor is new almost one pack through it now, not sure how the brake thing works, but like I said if I let off the throttle going forwards it will stand the truck on it's nose it has so much brake, but nothing in reverse, and little to nothing climbing,
