Anyone know how to set up 4 wheel steer on a dx4s
 

I've been searching around a bit and can't find much info on how to set the dx4s up with a 4 wheel steer set up. My aim is to be able to control the rear wheel angle which ever way I like, and be able to leave them straight and just use front steering. I've read up that people use y connectors and link 2 up. But I've heard you can use the ch3 or ch4 to run the rear steer and it will involve mixing? If anyone can clear this up for me will be great! Thanks

Switch setup: using B:4WS MIX
Mixing : Steer Mix : 4WS : ST > AX1

Trim: Inh
Switch:B

This setup uses second servo on aux1.
Use switch b to enable disable 4ws.
You can change A value to +100% +100% to crab but I just disable it during high speed.
