i have downloaded the latest castle link software and now wont recognise my castle bec help

Are you powering up the BEC when you plug in the castle link?

if you are using V. 3.55 it doesnt seem to recognize the bec. but i had no problems using V3.54 This link will get you to V3.54 download solved my wont recognise my castle bec http://www.castlecreations.com/downl...ll_3.54.00.exe |

I was having trouble too, a few restarts eventually helped  I'm too used to linux now, it's an odd thing to experience this windows malarky  |

I had a similar issue with mine and eventually called castle's tech support and they wound up sending me a new one. Tech support said they had a bad lot. The one I received had a tag labeled "new stock".
