I really like the 65c nano techs. I haven't tried the a spec batteries since they don't come in the sizes I need.

A Spec are the highest end line. Higher C ratings. I have been running the standard nano in my Short Course trucks for a couple years. No complaints. I imagine the A spec would be even better.

the A spec battery are mainly aims for racing. so they have high c and mainly 2s and high capacity. there aren't much for crawler. but if there is one you like , the are supposed to be better. i just not sure if he extra money is worth in crawling application.

ok, thank you for your answers. My car is a twin hammers, so it's shorty packs I'm looking at, and twice seems to be the same: capacity, size, C, price, everything is so similar that I can't see differences: normal: Turnigy nano-tech Shorty 4200mah 2S2P 65~130C Hardcase Lipo Pack (ROAR APPROVED) (EU warehouse) a-spec: Turnigy nano-tech A-SPEC 4200mah 2S 65~130C Hardcase Shorty Lipo Pack (EU warehouse) |

| Re: turnigy nanotech A-Spec I have a couple that have the slightest puff but they have been like that forever and don't seem to be any different. I have never had one truly puff. That said, any lipo will puff if you ask too much from it. Those packs you linked to will provide 3-4 times as much amperage as a twammer uses so you shouldn't have any issues.

Never an issue with my nano's 35-70's/45-90's, no puffing whatsoever. The normal 30c's on the other hand, had to bury a couple of those.

When I mentioned the couple I have with a slight puff I failed to mention they were lesser c rating packs. None of my 65c packs have any swelling. | |
