We're assuming you calibrated the ESC to the RX? What battery connectors (hopefully NOT Tamiya)? What battery (chemistry, cell count/voltage, "C" rating if LiPO)? "Glitch busters" are a band-aid covering the real issue in my view. |

the battery connectors are the deans type the battery's are lipo 1.3 3s 25-50c and I re binded the spectrum dx3r and it was ok on a full charge but when the pack got down to say 50% it started glitching again maybe the batteries are shagged ? or something else does this help to identify it ? Adam |

Binding the TX to the RX is one thing, calibrating the ESC to the RX is another. I asked about the recalibration. If it works fine on a fully charged pack, you may have a tired pack. Try it again, then, when it starts acting up, put the pack on the charger and look at the cell voltages. See if you have a low cell. Everything else looks OK. |

Are you running a high torque servo? Are you running an external BEC? You may be running into power consumption issues with the servo and internal BEC on the goat. |

I think its a novak issue.. my goat3 glittches on every 4th punch.. ex: if you're climbing a hill with a turn and you need to pop around the turn.. you give it 4 trys and on that 4th try i get a glitch! Servo is Novak sa1230sg 3s 1800 15c Castle 5amp BEC.. Novak Balistic 21.5 motor.. but if i lay on the trottle climbing up stuff. it never glitches.. Im living with it. |

When I first installed mine I had glitching every so often. Installing the BEC to my servo fixed it. I have the Goat 3s in my Night Crawler, stock radio, 7950 servo with BEC for the servo and a second BEC for the receiver and knock on wood a year and a half and not a single problem.

NOTE: If you ran/run an external BEC to the RX, remove the red wire from the ESC to RX so you don't have 2 power sources feeding the RX. | |
