Default Which mamba ?

hi just wondering which mamba to get as im getting rid of the goat
eg mamba max pro or the 1 cell one ?
I will be running the ballistic 18.5t novak motor on it until I can get a
roc 412 any pros or cons ?

The Max Pro is a bit more versatile and a bit larger/heavier.

The 1 cell and Mmp use same case minus the fan. Both weights on castles site are 2.8 oz So weight is just the fan that you can take off the pro. Also the 1cell does not have an enternal bec.

I would say pro.

Pro. That way you can use the internal bec to power the rx. Otherwise you are stuck feeding the rx the same voltage as the servo.

I run my Wraith on the 1C and have not had an issue with my Futaba Rx.

BTW, I've thought about trying one of these for systems that have different voltages:

I know it shouldn't be an issue with the rx but I have got comfortable running the rx off the internal bec and the servo off the external bec. I have seen those boards on servocity before but it seems like an expensive alternative to just wiring the bec directly to the servo. For your 1 cell you would need two external becs plus that board. That gets pricey quick!
