One BEC will power both providing your servos do not draw more power than the BEC will put out.

I would recomend letting the ESC run the receiver and letting the BEC power just the servos.

What servos are you using and what are you putting the 4ws on?
That will also make a HUGE difference.

They are Cirrus digital 180oz cheep all metal geared servos. Its a custom build Rock rider steel tube chassie,TLT axles with a Rc4wd 2 speed tranny, Tekin brushed RX Pro 35t system. Running RC4wd xlock 2.2 on GMade beadlocks. I do plan to upgrade the Bead locks and both steering servos. But for now I know I need a BEC.

When I ran 4ws, with 400+ oz servos, I ran the CC BEC Pro and it worked great.

i'd use a dedicated bec for each servo, or use the bigger castle bec for both.
