Hi guys I have a 4pks and was looking at hobbykings site for an extra receiver 4 channel, has anybody tried these? What model did u get and does it do everything the $130 futaba one does, thanks Steve  |

Theres a thread here somewhere jeremyh started about these, but they are only 3 channel, not a true 4 ch even though the description says so. The 4th slot is a batt slot Here it is:Cheaper rx for fasst system |

I run one on my touring car. Never more than 40 feet away, but no issues with it so far. I am not sure I would run one on a 6s truggy, but for a crawler I see no issues.

I am still using these receivers on some of my trucks. In the past, they have accidentally bound to other trucks running these receivers, but after I figured out that could happen, I am cautious and haven't had that happen.
