Default Micro Deans for Motor Connection On Crawler.

Got me a pair of Castle sidewinder Micro's for my XR10 and plan on wiring with 18 gauge wire. Question I have is can a guy use the Micro Deans for the motor connections rather than a straight solder to the motor or regular Deans?

I have used them on several applications as motor disconnects myself. They work fine. You're not pulling that much current that you need to worry about them restricting power or burning up....at least I havent had any issues.

Thanks for the reply. Didn't think it was much of an issue but never hurts to find out what others have done and if it went well for them or not.

I have used them without issue as well. I have since removed the micro deans for the mini-t plugs.. the ones in the middle.. a little more robust and way easier to plug together.. cheaper too.. 10 pairs for 3$ at HK...

Thanks man, got a link for those can't seem to find them.

Pretty sure they are on the Team Brood web store as well but I doubt they are 3 bucks for 10 pair.
