Hobbico CS-170

I just installed the Hobbico CS-170 servo in my Rubicon. After running it for about 15 minutes, I noticed that my motor was trying to turn without squeezing the TX trigger. I then tried a 2 cell battery instead of the 3 cell I had been running and it continued to do it. I then put a CC BEC in the system and everything returned to normal, no more motor jumping. Can someone explain what was causing the motor to want to run before BEC installation. I am running a Futaba T3PM radio system and a BRXL. Thanks

No one has any ideas, Mr. Holmes?

Adjust neutral trim a bit? Are you getting green or red LEDs on the brxl? That indicates throttle signal, in which case just adjust neutral trim until the lights go out.

Yes, that was one of the first things I did and it continued. Seems to be OK with the BEC installed. Thanks for the reply John.
