Hobbico CS-170 I just installed the Hobbico CS-170 servo in my Rubicon. After running it for about 15 minutes, I noticed that my motor was trying to turn without squeezing the TX trigger. I then tried a 2 cell battery instead of the 3 cell I had been running and it continued to do it. I then put a CC BEC in the system and everything returned to normal, no more motor jumping. Can someone explain what was causing the motor to want to run before BEC installation. I am running a Futaba T3PM radio system and a BRXL. Thanks |
Re: Hobbico CS-170 No one has any ideas, Mr. Holmes? |
Re: Hobbico CS-170 Adjust neutral trim a bit? Are you getting green or red LEDs on the brxl? That indicates throttle signal, in which case just adjust neutral trim until the lights go out. |
Re: Hobbico CS-170 Yes, that was one of the first things I did and it continued. Seems to be OK with the BEC installed. Thanks for the reply John. |
