can this be done i want to bind a spektrum sr410 4ch recever to a futaba t4pl 4ch radio anny help wold be great sins i dont know wat i am dooin thanks

No. The two are not compatible. You need the same brand rx and tx, except in a few cases, but not Spektrum/Futaba

The biggest thing is the 2.4ghz comm protocol used, Even within brands, they can't be mixed.
