| traxxas aux port? Ok i have a traxxas vxl3s esc. As im looking at the esc there is a port marked aux on the front. Is it for a sensor wire from a sensored motor? I have looked and cant finde any info on this can any one help? [/COLOR] |

The VXL has a port for a sensored motor and an aux port to run a fan. The one you are showing in the pic is the sensor port. They aren't the best ESC if you want to run sensored.

Just remember they don't like 4 poles they won't run them properly and motors with some timing either way often don't work properly with the VXL.

I have a new vxl sitting in my tool box from my slash ultimate, but anyways the aux port is for the fan. And if you run sensored I don't recommend it, that is why the motor that comes with the vxl is a 2-pole non-sensored motor, its meant for the vxl. Do you have a warranty with your tekin? I would just replace the tekin if it was me - axial 4x4 crawler
