Default BR-XL esc wiring

From what I have read it is best to wire in parallel, rather than series. I have seen some diagrams, but would like to see some pics. I will be doing this on my redcat rs10, using the one esc to run both motors. Thanks.

Photoclub - Secure pictures online I hope this link works. I did a lot of searching and this is the best I could come up with.

Ok, I have soldered up some y connecters for my motors. I have a couple of questions. The BR-XL has a black wire and a white wire. Is the white wire the positive, and black negative? Also BR-XL instructions say to remove the red wire to the receiver plug before installing. I have removed the red wire and folded over and taped like the manual says. Why does this need to be done? Also may do a dig switch at a later time. Pics of your set ups would be helpful?

If you're running an external BEC into your receiver, this needs to be done on both ESCs, so your internal BECs don't fight with the external one.

If you're not running an external BEC into your receiver, this still needs to be done on one of your ESCs, so the two internal BECs don't fight each other.
