Can I getta brake?

Hey all, i have 2 35t integys, run by a tekin fxr, in my scx jk. NO drag brake to be found. Is this just the price i pay for running 2 motors off a single esc? Or should i indeed have drag brake? It's dialed all the way up, according to the hotwire. Thanks for any info!

Ya know, i'd be inclined to agree, except i pulled them out of an xr i sold, & they were lockin up bitches when i hit dig. They're older, but i've maintained them & been happy with'em. But that xr also had twin fxr's. Am i off base?

To properly run 2 motors on a single tranny dont one have to spin forward and the other one spin REV. like all the Dual motor summits and e-maxxs ?

I had an fxr running a 55t on a scx that randomly lost all drag brake.

depends on the mount. found a youtube vid of summit dual motor and yes motor rotation is different. there was a dual motor mount for the axial trans that put the motors side by side instead of opposite sides of the mount. with the axial mount the motors spin same direction

Merry X-mas yall! Zeks you are correct, with the mount i'm using, i had to wire one motor in reverse becuase they share the same spur gear. Think this makes a difference? I've wondered the same.
