Hi all.I''ve been researching electronics for a while now in my avalanche.I'm looking for motor and esc opinions.I don't plan to ever go brushless.I'm not looking for speed.I want torque and wheelspeed if it tops out at 8-10 mph that's fine..it weighs in at about 8 lbs. With a 47.14632 final gear ratio.so my questions are what would be my best bet for an esc and motor.I'm new to this and I have researched it.but haven't found what I'm looking for.any and all help is appreciated.merry xmas and god bless

Holmes Hobbies BR-Xl with a puller motor. A truly kickass combo. For the winding you should e-mail John an describe your rig.

The brxl seems to be the best of the best esc for brushed motors.I've heard HH customer support is amazing.how long do the esc's actually last. (If takin care of )and the puller motors are a bit over my budget.my max for a motor would be about 40-50$ for fear of water n mud damage.
