Brxl + losi insane 370? (MRC)

I'm not sure what settings and voltage the losi insane 370 can handle. I couldn't find much searching.

Any idea what settings to run on the brxl and not trash the motor? (Mainly the hold settings)

Anyone know what voltage the 370 can take? 7.2-8.4? I'm running nimh
