| Hitec servo tuner
I just got a 7954sh for a wraith and I saw how many things I could adjust with their servo tuner and was wondering if it is worth it for the hpp-21 PC programmer.

You can change end point, center point, servo transit speed, dead band width and failsafe settings. You probably don't really need one for servos used with crawlers.

It can make your servo travel from 60 deg to 90 deg each way. The rest of adjustments, you can do it on a decent Tx. You can also make your servo goes slower, but that not so applicable to crawler application.

I had one, They are nice to play with, but not necessary. I also opened up the dead-band so mine didn't make the digital hum. |

| Re: Hitec servo tuner The digital hum is the servo searching for center! This is wearing the servo and causing it to use power and generate heat, so IMO its more than nice to play with it actually adds life to your servo. Not saying its necessary just a little added insurance for those high dollar servos we buy!!! |
