If I read the description correctly, the 3rd and 4th channels don't have end point adjustment. This may be a negative for your intended use because it means that the servos will always go to full deflection. If you were using one of the channels for a shift servo, you would have to size the servo horn correctly to make sure it isn't constantly trying to push or pull on the shift linkage, drawing unnecessary current and eventually wearing out the servo. You would ideally like to be able to set the end point (servo travel) so that it stops just before the shift linkage stops.

Its an ok radio. It should be able to do your winch and light controls without any big hiccups. I assume your using a Heyok light controller or something to run your lights off a channel?

Most people will chime in and say to go with a hacked GT3b from overkillrc, gives you more options, but just depends on what you want.

I had one at one point and sold it to a buddy. It served its purpose for me just fine, the only thing that annoyed me was the battery dinger. I ran a winch off the 4 th channel, and my 3 spd shifter servo off the 3rd channel and was able to make it work fine with my setup.

Good luck.

I bought one for my Tundra project, I haven't used it yet but it looks decent and feels good in my hands.
