I just got the dig kit for my scx-10 and putting it together realized I would need the ch 3 slot my BEC was plugged into, so I took it out of the mix reconnected the red wire and plugged in the battery. Both servos 1 and 3 work but no motor. Lights go ch 2 I assumed. I could get rid of my lights and put my BEC back but would rather not loose them if it can be helped, using the fs-gt3b and receiver. Somebody please help me!

You need the BEC. Use the bind port on the rx to plug the bec into.

How do I not have the dig servo on the trigger when bec is in the bind port?

Your Receiver should have an extra slot for the BEC to plug into. What TX/RX are you using?

Steering servo to CH1
ESC to CH2
Dig to CH3
BEC to Bind or BATT
(remove the red wire from the ESC's plug)

It would help to know what you have for a receiver and dig controller, but the above should get you most of the way there.

There is a thing called a Y cable. You plug it into any receiver port and it gives you two ports. If the lights only need power, that's a way to do it.
