Default BEC power with LED light controller

I did some searching but couldn't find anything. I have a GT light controller that runs the steering and throttle through the LED controller. I want to put a BEC in but my wiring knowledge is lacking. How would I go about doing this so the turn signals still work?

what do you want to run of the bec, the steering servo at higher voltage?

im not having much luck finding instructions online to look over, are you able to scan or take good resolution photo of wiring layout guide from instructions to upload?

Let me see if I can draw it up. I just did it on my new build. I made a spliter so I could run my servo with a cc bec and ran the lights off the rx but still work together so I had blinkers and such. Is this what you are wanting to do?

yep thats what I want to do. I think right now with the steering servo running through the light controller its making it glitchy. a Splitter would be a good idea. Not sure how to do it with a BEC to increase steering voltage though.

Im going to try and expain what I did...lol first I took to extension wires and cut the white wire in the middle. I then pulled the white wire out where it hooks to the bec. Now it has power from bec but no control wire, this one goes between bec and servo. Next I took the other extention and it will go from the rx to the light controller. Take the 3 white wires and connect them together. Now the rx will control both but power will be separate. Hope this helps. Its kinda hard to explain but easy if you lay it out. The way I did it I didnt have to cut any wires on the servo or bec.

Just lay it all out and conect the bec and servo on one side and the rx and light box on the other side and you will figure it out.
