Right after Christmas I ordered some smushed br's and 13T crawler motors.

I messed up and check the wrong type motor. I tried to get ahold of HH to ask for different correct motors. I didn't hear from them for like 2 weeks, then suddenly I got a shipping notification. Then when the motor show up, guess what. John and crew had changed the order to the proper motor I emailed about and took care of me big time!

They are kicking ass, just busy over there it seems.

HH will have all my motor orders from now on.

I placed an order for 2 brxl and 3 motors this morning few hours later I got an email notification my order shipped 3rd time I've ordered from holmes never had an issue. .
