| Mamba monster 2
I am just double checking before I start ordering electronics. I am building a wrexo right now. I want to run a pro4 HD, the reason I like the mm2 is that it's waterproof, that is a must have for me. So my questions are is this just overkill? Should I go another route and waterproof myself? I have waterproofed before but there was no real concern of heat, this rig will be running 3s and heat could definitely be an issue. Any input is appreciated thanks!! Sent from your basement |

Totally overkill, but so what lol. Another option I have NOT used but read about extensively is the hobbywing wp-sc8. Main difference between the wp-sc8 and the MMM2 is that the MMM2 can handle up to 6s while the wp-sc8 can only handle 4s. Oh yeah and the wp-sc8 only costs like $80 with programing card.

Can you run a sensored motor with the hobby wing? Sent from your basement |

Neither the Mamba Monster 2 or WP-SC8 will run a sensor. You may be able to run sensored motors on them but the sensor would be left out.
