Default Trouble with rc4wd 3 channel 2.4ghz radio/reciever

I recently bought one of these and am trying to bind the radio to the receiver. When I turn on my esc, the red led on the receiver flashes slowly but doesn't bind to the radio. If I push the button on the receiver, the led blinks rapidly. I've been trying for a while and can't get this thing to work. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

If I am recalling correctly you need to hold the button on the receiver when you turn the power on to the truck. Once it starts to blink, you can then turn on the radio and it should bind.

You can reference the manual on the RC4wd website, but I believe that's the correct process.

good luck.

If I hold the button down and then give it power, the light on the receiver doesn't come on at all. But if I give it power before I hit the button then it does blink but it won't bind.

Yea I just looked at the manual. So it says, turn on receiver power, then push the S/W switch till it blinks, then turn on the radio and it should go solid once it binds.

If that doesn't work, then I guess you will have to contact RC4WD to see what they can do.

Yeah I tried that too. I contacted them and they're seeing what they can do. Thanks for the help!
