Need some info on 12v led lights
 

My grandma gave me some 12v led strip lights that she was going to toss. They are about 40in long but can be cut into 5cm strips. I would like to run them on my smaller 2s batteries that I no longer use for anything. Can this be done without spending a bunch as 2s nor 3s lipos will light them. Specs are as follows.
Power. <14.4 w
Input voltage. 12v
