Default will this radio work for Dual esc?

Hi guys, It turns out my dx3r pro cant do what i want it to do with dual esc's. Therefore i have to get another radio which i didnt want to do but oh well!

I have found a cheap radio alternative, but need to know from people that are a little more experience than me with radios and can tell me if this one will let me setup dig and proportional drive? There is a link to its manual.

If not i will get a MT-4 or 4PL but if this works it will be a cheaper option.

I would recommend considering a Flysky GT3B or GT3C with the new firmware installed...if you want to stick with a pistol grip style radio.
