Default Screw drive?

Looking for some guidance in regards to making my dump truck bed raise. Tonka dump truck bed on a custom 6x6 frame. I was thinking a motor turning a threaded rod mechanism. I've seen this done in videos and pictures, but No real build thread on it.
I've searched for an hour now and i'm giving up for the night.

If someone can direct me to a proper picture or build thread i'd really appreciate it!

Default Screw drive?

Head over to scale4x4rc . Most if the dumps are that way. There are basically two options using a speed control type thing, like a servo motor with a winch control, or some guys are using a simple on off with limit switches. I don't have any experience, so I can't say, but I have been looking at the too.

Good luck
