Br mini help

Hi all, recently bought HH br mini from Tcscrawlers.com. Did as being told from instruction and use external bec and expell the red wire from esc, motor attached. Before plugging in the battery pull the foward trigger two red and green led lights brightly on the start and next after 3-5 seconds red comes a little dim than those red and green from start, then I pull the reverse no change as long as battery is attached. Guess there is supposed to be a change in the beep and the motors also beep two times in one sec. I am using Sanwa mx-3fg tx, anybody please help. Try reversing you throttle settings on you radio.
