| rc4wd winch?
I have an rc4wd winch and its on the fritz. It continues to run no matter what I do. Any ideas? Runs in one direction and not controllable at all. Thanks |

All RC4WD stuff is sketchy so I don't know. 3 racing makes good winches but I don't know how to solve you're problem. Do you have the new WARN winch or the BullDog?

If the bulldog has that in line system with the shrink tubing around it it is shorting out. I lose wire or it got wet. Causing the winch to just run my suggestion is to send it back to rc4wd and pony up the difference for the warn winch and if you TX has a multi channel and has a three position switch save some buck and get the wired control box if not you have to get the wireless one with the key fob. They say it can bind to the TX but I have yet to be able to. I have tried a lot and a lot of emails to Tom from rc4wd.

I was mine in the shower all the time, never had a winch shorting issue. The controller eventually went bad though and only allowed it to spool out Sent using magic |

I have a bulldog with the same issue. It will spool out constantly then when I click the 3rd channel it will spool in. But it won't find its center. I am looking for a Heyok as well, but it seems most places are sold out.

Adjust your end points on the transmitter for the channel the winch is running off of.
