Frsky Taranis anyone?

Anyone out there using a Frsky taranis for their crawling addiction?

No, but i kinda want to get one to play with.

I haven't checked recently, but when they first came it out it was impossible to get my hands on one. I lost interest after a month or two so I haven't got one yet.

They are still nearly impossible to get. I just received one and it is incredible. You can download OpenTx and play around with the setup before you buy. The simulator is great, allowing you to test different setups/mixes and get an idea of how it will work out.

There are many videos on youtube that show you how to do almost everything.

One of the better features is the fact that you can set up both gimbals to self center without any parts/mods. Just adjust two internal screws and you are set.

Did any of you get a Taranis for your crawlers? I got mine last week and are trying to learn as much as possible and find new ways to get as much as possible from it

I have an Axial Wraith with 4ws that I'm using the Taranis for, I had a Spektrum Dx6i before but didn't like the restrictions with that.
