Default Tekin RS Pro ?

I have an axial SCX10 with standard gearing. I'm running an RS pro with a RC4WD 35t motor. My esc gets pretty warm after just a few minutes of running. The motor is warm but no where near the temp of the esc. Would a BEC, another cap or just get an FXR and be done with it fix it. Thanks in advance.

If you're not using a BEC but are using a high torque servo yes it will help. On 2s the BEC is decent, but on 3s it's working twice as hard. A stand alone BEC will help immensely and give your steering servo improved performance also.
