| Castle link issues
Good evening, I am new to the whole forum thing and not sure how this works but here it goes. I have built an axial wraith kit, bought a Castle BEC, Tekin motor, Mamba Monster ESC, Futaba 4PLS receiver. I have also bought the Castle link to adjust settings for this set up. On the Castle link site, I don't have a way to adjust any parts of the controller. I only have three tabs. Has anyone ran into this problem before?? Thanks for the help. Ryan |

look for the tab that says "Basic" If you dont have a green and red light flashing on the Castle link, its not hooked up correctly. Make sure you have power to the BEC and make sure you have 2 green boxes at the bottom of the Castle Link home screen when downloaded and opened on your desktop. |

If your bec is connected to the esc power cables that go to the battery, you need to unplug the castle link and the battery, make sure the esc is off (if it can) then plug in bec, make sure the green light on the bec is on, then plug the battery in, mine never reads if there is power going to the esc before I plug the link into the bec, also make sure its plugged in right and not backwards Sent from my Lumia Icon using Tapatalk |

Just to be clear, the BEC programming has nothing to do with the ESC and the power to the BEC should never be hooked to the ESC power. The BEC should be wired directly to pottery power. The other end of the BEC goes to either the receiver if your receiver will handle it and channeled out from there OR wired directly to the servo. When you program the BEC, you disconnect the control end and plug it in the castle link.....so, it's battery power in one side and castle link in the other.. Same goes for the ESC.
