Default Holmes BR Mini dual problems

Ordered the Holmes Dual BR Mini esc's and after the install one esc has a glitch. I have not been able to reach anyone at holmes hobbies by phone in 3 days!

When you power on the esc's and leave them setting idle the rear wheels will jerk every once in a while for just a fraction of a second. This is only on one of the esc's. Any suggestions since holmes phone supports sucks!

Things i have tried:
Calibrated both esc's
Ordered a new reciever -- Same issue
switched channels on receiver (channel 4 moved to 2) -- same issue
check all wires for nicks or cuts -- nothing wrong
check plugs to make sure ends were making connection at reciever -- all good
removed CC Bec that was smashed with the esc's -- same issue
hooked up single rear esc by itself to new reciever -- same issue
set throttle dead band higher (castle link says to low of a dead band may cause glitching) --- same issue

Send us an email if you can't reach by phone. The phone line isn't working out well, we generally get two new calls while on the line with one person. The phone service is sucking right now, it's way more than is possible for our staff! I have a new worker in training as of last week so we can continue to grow with the customer service needs.

If this jerk happens when the ESC is beeping to let you know it's on, you would need to enable quiet mode to get rid of it. if you are using Hold mode, turn it off. If non of the above, send us an email and make a vid so we can see the intensity and duration of the glitch.

The glitch/jerk happens after the esc arms and the beeping has stopped and i have full control. It continues to do this randomly after the beeping. Holmes hold is not enabled. Also when this happens the red reverse light flickers one time really fast on the esc.

Since you have tried switching channels, it points to the ESC having an issue. Send in the pair (or the one) per the warranty tab on our site and we will repair them for you.
