Default brxl cuts out

So I just installed a new brxl in my wife's rig and now I'm having an issue, if I'm giving it anything more then enough throttle to barely make the rig move and steer it cuts off the throttle and it won't give me throttle back until I let off the throttle then I'm good to go as long as I leave the steering where it's at if I turn the other way or even let the servo center and it cuts out again.

Setup is
Brxl bec set at 6.0v
7.4v 5300mah 70c battery
Brood 2011 limited edition 35t scaler motor
Savox 0231 wp servo
Heyok winch controller
Spektrum dx4s and sr4100

Use an external BEC, your Savox is causing a brown out.

X2..... More likely needs bec. Always run one. Second may want to look at swapping out that servo also to a better unit.

Yep I agree as well. Needs a BEC or at least one of those spectrum capacitors they had back in the day.

You could verify it by unplugging the steering servo and testing once more, but it seems that abec will take care of you

I had no clue they were still around. I have one sitting on my bench from the first day I put 4ws on the ax-10 when it was released. Everyone is on the BEC bandwagon anymore, which is good for most cases, but that buster works in a pinch.

Yea the cap/ buster works in a pinch. But ya already know it fixes same types of issues but really different beasts. Bec you can up your voltage....... Buster is just a capacitor that stores an amount of power mainly on a track rig from glitching out during hard main starts and rocketing out of tight corners but only for a few seconds. All my track rigs have always been set up like my crawlers to be adjustable and ran directly to servo to get down under .05 speed wise by raising voltage above recommended #s and changing the deadband.... I also fo the same on my 3d planes. Way faster reaction!...... Snap rolls like now.
