Default Rock Crawling Specific ESC?

I was perusing the Tekin forums and they have a message board forum for people to suggest new product ideas. I searched through and saw that no one had suggested such a product as a crawling-specific esc with a huge BEC. So I started a topic and suggested it! Here's the topic:

http://www.teamtekin.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1140

If enough people show interest/support of the idea, it could actually happen! What have you got to lose but a few minutes to check out the post and even reply with your ideas...

A crawling specific ESC would be cool but Tekin is not the comapany to do it. I would want a quality piece if I have to fork out $100+

I have a Tekin Mini Rage brushless ESC hooked to a Holmes revolver. It works better than the mamba I had hooked up before. There are a lot more adjustments for drag brake so it will go down near vertical slopes like a landrover. and seems to stay cooler than the mamba too.
it is not crawler specific and has a short delay before reverse, otherwise it would be good for a comp tlt rig.

I am puzzled here... Tekin has always been a reputable company that makes pretty damn good products. I had several Rebels that I did things too that would make even a Super Chicken shudder.

I love my TR2. I am sure you probably caught a bad ESC some where. I hope you dont think that Novak never has a bad ESC?? I think they are both good companies...

I also think the best ESC on the market right now for crawling is the TR2. The Super Rooster is a good choice but I am not forking out more money for a used spedo than the TR2 costs new...
