|  What's up with Novak? Website Down, No Answer At Customer Service???
Tried to call Novak today for some customer service, keep getting a recording saying what their hours are, can't get a human. Tried their website, all of it is down.  Last edited by HDMM; 07-23-2014 at 09:11 AM. |

Well, I emailed customer service yesterday, nobody responded. Website is still down.....seems kinda fishy.... I thought it might be my computer so I tried our other one and my phone....it was a NO GO. Anyone else try to contact them for anything? |

LoL..... I only have 1 Novak product (Crusher esc / 18.5 crawler combo), you gotta go online to their website to download programming instructions because they are too cheap now to include it with a system. Sent from a galaxy far far away........ Last edited by HDMM; 07-23-2014 at 12:53 PM. |

Or simply don't make us go to FB and post up, "Our website is down temporarily and should be back up and running shortly. Sorry for the trouble. Replies are usually within "hours" of receipt." |

Meh.....i don't do facebook. I emailed their tech support, never got back to me either. I'd have to say right now their customer service is piss poor at best. Sent from a galaxy far far away........ |
