| Calling all DX4R Pro owners
Hey all, I am looking for owners of the exact radio above. The S and the C have different screens and options so would really like to speak to someone about their MOA setup with the above radio. It seems quite simple considering that it has a pre-mixed MOA setting. For mine, I simply switched my MOA setting option from INH to AUX 1 (the other ESC was being plugged into AUX 1) but I wanted to know if any of you had problems with this or if I am missing something. I am waiting on some new electronics so would be great if I could have this answered before I get the new stuff Thanks for any help. |

Well, whodathunk with 76,000+ members you'd not get one reply. I realize the DX4R is a bit of a pricey option, but there must be someone out there that'll step forward with some help for you.

Just updating that with the DX4R Pro (with working electronics) couldn't be easier to set up MOA with the preset MOA settings. It's literally point and click once I got my electronics sorted out!

I am having no luck with the preset MOA setting. Both FXRs are calibrated, were working fine with my previous radio (gt3c) Both escs have been calibrated independently on this radio. I plugged the front esc into the throttle, plugged rear esc into aux 1. I enabled the MOA setup, assigned it to switch e, and made aux1 slaved to the throttle. When I pull the trigger, only the rear wheels turn. When I switch to awd, only the rears spin. When I dig forward, only the rear wheels spin. When I enable only the rear, nothing happens. I switched the escs and exactly the opposite happens. Any thing else I should try?? |

Looks like It comes with a switch set up to make aux1 do something already, so I changed that and it works now. Supposedly, throttle should be the rear, and aux 1 is the front. The bias then decreases the front, which seems kinda backward. Is that how y'all set up the bias? |

hey turtlejon, Yes, I have my rear plugged into THR and my front plugged into AUX1. I needed to turn my bias up to like 86 to get my front wheels spinning with my rear wheels when it was in 4wd. Aside from that each axle would spin by itself when rear or front dig was on, front just wouldn't spin with the rear in 4wd without the bias cranked right up. That sound about right?
