Default problem with esc

Hey guys i just finished my tuber and im running rear steer, 55 lathe, pede tranny, tlt axles and a tq3 system im having a problem with it tweaking out really bad and it does not have enough power to do any thing...Im running a 84t spur i think and a 24t pinion...but my truck is farily lite so im not sure if the power problem has to do with the pinion or the esc.......And as far as the tweaking goes i have no idea... please help:-(

Looks awesome!

The rooster has a fairly low output on it's BEC. Is it "tweaking" when you're steering front and back, and it's bound up or what?

I would take about 10 teeth off that pinion. 24 is way too high IMO.
