| Looking for a waterproof servo
Im looking to get a good waterproof servo for my scx10 im useing a savox sc1258rg for now looking for something with a good amount of torque and speed

I've had good luck so far with a Savox 1210 (277 oz-inch at 6v) on my SCX10. Seems to be enough torque for most anything I throw at it, and I don't baby mine. The Holmes Hobbies servo is also very good with even more torque (400+ oz-inch) and similarly priced, but they'll be out of stock for a couple more weeks until a new batch arrives. Don't worry about speed ratings. The torque makes much more of a difference than a couple of milliseconds of response time. Also, you'll need to add a BEC if you're going to go with a high torque servo. Good luck!

If you're budget minded, the best bang for the buck is the dynamite 3905. Has decent torque and for $30 its hard to beat.

it covers all bases, torque, speed,waterproof, brushless. bad mofo servo. on top of that, top nitch warranty service.

Holmes hobbies servo.. Full alloy case, waterproof, 572oz, 0.13 @8.4v.. Only 90$! 1yr warranty and backed by HH! |
