I've had good luck so far with a Savox 1210 (277 oz-inch at 6v) on my SCX10. Seems to be enough torque for most anything I throw at it, and I don't baby mine. The Holmes Hobbies servo is also very good with even more torque (400+ oz-inch) and similarly priced, but they'll be out of stock for a couple more weeks until a new batch arrives. Don't worry about speed ratings. The torque makes much more of a difference than a couple of milliseconds of response time. Also, you'll need to add a BEC if you're going to go with a high torque servo. Good luck!

If you're budget minded, the best bang for the buck is the dynamite 3905. Has decent torque and for $30 its hard to beat.
