What Would Be The Best Lipo To Use For Dual Servos 2S or 3S?

Fixed it sorry meant 2s or 3s . Just Wondering If I Needed A Little More Juice Or What Effect It Would Have On My Run Times. I Will Prob. Be Using A BEC With Them. BTW What Size BEC Could I Use With Them. Thanks
