| looking for help with roc 412 2300 "cog"
Hey everyone, I'm running a Roc 412 2300kv with a MMP esc on 3s with a CC BEC. Yesterday while out snow-crawling, my truck started to cog at start up, took it into the shop, inspected the sensor wire, added another layer of dielectric grease to the sensor ends, and gave it a go. All was well for a few minutes until it started acting up again during this time both the motor and esc stayed dry and snow-free. I set the truck in front of a small fan all night and this morning I tried it out inside, the motor would start at about 10% throttle. I have re-zeroed everything, re calibrated the esc, swapped wires, swapped esc's,-even ran a Pro4 HD on the existing set up and it was as smooth as butter. I know I may have answered my own question here, but still looking for some guidance! Thanks, Troy |

Mine was doing the same due to condensation in the motor. Hot motor in the cold. I ran through water multiple time during a G6 in Hot Springs,AR. After my motor set up long enough to cool, it started cogging. I tried all the things that you listed. Everything worked fine after a motor tear down, clean, and Corrosion X reapplication. |
