Is my RX8 G2 dead?

Good evening. This is my first Tekin product. Castle was my go to but wanted to try the best.

I have a brand new RX8 G2 that I successfully programmed and had one 15min run in a Axial Yeti XL. I am using SPC 8200mah 50C 2S batteries. During my run I did not see esc temps any higher than LED 1-3. I charged the batteries and put back in 6432mah. I plug the batteries in turn on the ESC and I only hear 3 beeps and LED 1-3-5 are on. I doubled checked my VC and LED 1-4 are on. Thinking a faulty battery I changed my VC to LED 1-5 and put in a 5S battery. I only hear 3 beeps and LED 1-3-5 are on. I also tried a 3S and 6S with the same result.

Is my RX8 in need of repair?

After 6+ calls I finally got through and spoke to Tekin Tech Support. My LVC board is toast and i need to send it in for repair. I am so pleased i got at least one run out of the supposedly best ESC on the market before a problem occurred. Can you sense my sarcasm?

I hope it doesn't take too long for a repair.
