Default Setting timing on Hobbywing Xerun sct-pro 3656 combo

Hello,
I am in the middle of my Yeti build and just installed the above mentioned esc/motor combo. My 3656 is the sensored 3400kv version and was wondering what would be a good setting for the motor timing. The stock setting on the esc is 15 deg. I have been away from the hobby for about 15 years and know very little about this topic. I understand that lower timing produces more horsepower at lower rpm but thats about it. I will be running my Yeti strictly as a basher on 3s and would like to get as much speed as possible without burning anything up. Thanks in advance...

More timing is more power but also more heat, so just play with it, start out at 10 or 15 and go from there.
