LiPo battery with one connector?

I am new to the R/C hobby so bear with me please. I have a LiPo battery that has only one connector. It is the same as the 3 wire balancing connector I have on all other LiPo batteries. How do I charge battery like that? All my other LiPo batteries have this connector plus Deans connector which I use for charging.

I did run a search on the internet but all I got was a complete package with some sort of PCB and battery had two sets of wires coming out of it. Mine only has one so I am not sure how to charge it.
