Default Motor winding problems

I just wound my 2nd and 3rd motors and both of them I finished and when hooked to power nothing happened. If I twisted the shaft to get it going it would work but then you stop it and would have to twist it again to get it going.

What would be my problem there?

Thank you. It was a bad comm connection. Soldered the connection and works great.
