Tactic ttx 3300 third channel??

First off, I'm a newbie. That said, is it possible to use the third channel to turn lights off and on? I've read the manual and am still unsure if this is a possibility or not.

Not to my knowledge. I think you can only run a winch without buying a 50$ part for it to run lights.

It depends on your light setup. Do your lights have 2 or 3 wires? I bought the simple led kit for my yeti and since it only has 2 wires(red/black) I can't use the 3rd channel. The 3rd wire is needed for signal. I ordered an external light controller from heyok that will make it work. Check out his stuff.

Led light controllers sell between $1.00 and $10.00. Depending on how fast you want it, assuming you don't care if it comes from china.

Just look through some airplane electronics sections.

Seems like anything with Crawler adds 20 bucks to it.



To the OP, if you don't want to fuse with it just tell Heyok what you have what you want and he will tell you what you need. I needed a BEC and winch controller for my first rig he got me set up right the first time around.

Usually within a week of when I ship. Your order actually shipped out yesterday.
Sorry for the wait. I've had a rough couple of weeks... Just got over the flu and have a parent just out of the hospital. Pretty much caught up on things now.

Ok. Post back if your able to make it work. I can't get mine to operate the lights and curious what the problem is.

I got it to work. Big shout out to heyok for great support and quick responses to help me out. For some reason the program wasn't saving when the lights were hooked up. Heyok walked me through it. I programmed it with a servo hooked up instead, then swapped to the lights and the lights operate as I had hoped now. If you have a problem with yours feel free to hit me up. Thanks again heyok!!
