Castle bec not working
 

My Castle bec does not light up. The throttle is working, but no steering.
What should i look for when trying to find the fault?

is the bec hooked up to the battery leads correctly?

if you have a castle link you could see if it reads the bec, but id be willing to bet you bec is fried if the light doesnt come on and its hooked up to power correctly.

is it the new style castle bec with the big capacitor sticking out the heatshrink on one end?

It's not the new style. The battery leads are ok. IT just stopped working when i turned IT on again.

I'd call or email Castle, they're very helpful. Sounds like the BEC might be toast...

Does your wires on the cc bec look anything like this..?

This one was with original wires, couple of years old, still salvageable with re-soldering the wires. A few here in Finland has gone up in smoke when those wires have shorted out.
