Default HH brushed motor rotation

OK I have an scx 10 I did the mirror/flip I ordered a HH tm 30t with 6 degree of time in forward rotation thinking forward was normal. I installed it and had to switch the tx to reverse for the throttle to work right so is the reverse rotation stock. Is there a way for me to change it or can I change the timing to 0 and how do I change the timing.

I would turn the motor's endbell timing to zero (center)
and maybe just a hair advanced in the direction the motor is turning
if you want the motor's forward rotational speed faster then reverse.

Because I crawl slow ( 5 mph or slower )
I prefer the timing to be set to zero.
so both forward and reverse motor directions
turn the motor at equal RPM/either direction.

If you have a higher quality transmitter with more adjustments...
ie: EPA (end point adj.), DR ( dual rate), EXP (exponential)
the Tx's endpoints (EPA) can be adjusted to net
more forward or reverse by using the transmitter adjustments.

But doing so should find the motor's endbell timing adjusted
nearest to zero (centered).
As that would be the best starting point for a crawler
that should have equal power and speeds both forward and reverse.
At least IMO.

If yer a go fast racer/basher
then advanced timing for the motor's forward rotation
may be more akin to faster forward speeds.
But will reduce reverse speeds/power (torque).

I prefer the motors timing to be zero (centered)
and make adjustment for the range of forward or reverse
using the Tx's endpoint adjustments.

If you radio system does not have these adjustments...
and forward speeds need be faster then reverse.
Then increasing the motor's timing advance
is probably the only way to control forward/reverse motor speeds (RPM).

One advantage to maintaining a zero (centered) motor timing...
is that the brushes/commutator will last longer and wear less.
as less heat will be produced and the motor will run cooler.

I utilize the...
HH's expt 35t brushed motor (timing at zero)
HH's BR/XL ESC
HH's Rx by-pass "Y" harness
Savox SA1230SG servo (500 oz/in @ 6v)
FlySky GT3-C Tx/Rx
3s LiPo batteries

have this set up on both my SCX-10 and Wraith builds.
