|  New Axial AE-5 stuttering in reverse
Anything have any suggestions to diagnose a new why a new AE5 would stutter in reverse only. works good in forward. lipo jumper set to lipo

100% drag brake. Hitec 5645MG. I have two AE-5s. One is new, switches. It cogs. The old one doesn't seem to. I just switched again an I see a little stutter. Going to start on DRIVETRAIN now.

Feels like front axle. Tearing into it now. Not sur why two ae5s acted different. But now feel its mechanical.

Ok, I did have a broken front stock Vaterra pinion. Which I read is common. But still stutters in reverse Only. Very smooth in forward. Checked rear pinion and all seems good. Suggestions for further diagnosis???? Last edited by Espo; 08-03-2016 at 05:22 AM. |
