| Thunder AC6 Charger Decrease button Issue
My Thunder AC6 Charger has acting flawlessly for the last year until yesterday. When trying to decrease any selection, it sends me back to the previous screen instead of decreasing amps, cell voltages etc. My increase buttons works just fine. Example: I want to charge my pack at 4 amps, I went past the 4amps I wanted and then went to decrease the amps and it took me back to the previous screen instead of adjusting the amps. Has anyone ran into this. Is there a way to get the charger back to factory reset to see if that fixes the issue? I powered it down and tried again with same issue. Thanks, Rob |

A lot of micro-controllers use a single input for several buttons, what they do is each is connected to a different resistor. My guess is something has caused the resistance to change - moisture, corrosion, bug, etc. That charger uses membrane buttons, so it's also possible the ribbon cable is damaged.

Thanks, I'll try to work around it for now if I don't see any red flags when I take a quick look inside, but looks like new charger may be coming soon.
